TOYS CONVENTION 2009 / GUNDAM

The Toys Convention 2009 is back again! This time it was more spacious and organised (probably due to last year's little incidents and unhappiness), which I wouldn't give it a miss of course...I've taken some photos and presented in slide form below...enjoy~

Bandai had the best exhibition as it had ROWS (yeesss i mean ROWS AND ROWS) of gashapon machines this time round which my dear and I had so much fun tikam-ing (curing my itch for tikam). They do not have cute disney ones, but mostly gundam. We gotten some really cool ones(see pix below). Mine's the gundam knight! Cool isn't it? I can add it to my Lego castle collection...hahahaa...

These gundams are only around 3 to 4cm in height. Very mini but detailed in the design. The Japanese are really, really good, I must say!

CAREBEARS

CAREBEARS FROM CHEERS

Heehee, managed to collect all the carebears from the Cheers Promotion; where you have to buy $5 worth of goods before you are entitled to buy ONE care bear at $3.90. The usual price to get this at departmental stores is $6.90 each. Though this may look similar to the ones you can easily get from shops, but notice this set has all the carebears wearing a coat (which normal carebears dun). So which is your favourite carebear? :)
Was on medical leave when i took these photos...look at the carebears in my house...which mostly belonged to my 2nd elder sis...These are the limited edition carebears she has. Nice isn't it? Too bad we do not have the whole set of 9.

And these three newly added to the collection; I din manage to put them in into the family picture above as they came a tad bit late. Maybe I will do an updated photo when I have more new carebears in the future. Ha ha ha...

STITCH COSPLAY

Stitch is at it again! He likes to do cosplay doesn't it? First there was a set of 8 (refer to Stitch posts below), now another six where he even pretend to be Lilo and Snow White(!!!). Somehow I dun find him suitable pretending as a female....nahz...he cant be a cross-dresser. HAHAHA!

STITCH HOROSCOPE SERIES

The most number of gashapon I've even encountered...12 pieces to collect! Initially I was reluctant to collect it as I though it was a waste of money, just collect my own horoscope will do, but I was very unlucky as I managed to get all others EXCEPT my own...GRRRR. But I did get it ultimately at the very end and again with the whole set of 12. Sighz!

This is actually a very cute set if you have all 12 of them. Luckily I did not end up with many extras...only 4 which you can actually get it from me if you visit my sales blog :)

BLEACH CAPTAIN SERIES, KENPACHI

Bandai released a series on the Captains at different stages...and I was waiting for the third set which has Kenpachi (see catalog below)...

Hahaha...I was lucky to get Kenpachi at my second try!!!! Actually it was my dear who gotten it for me. Yipppeee! Cuz I din like the others...

MICKEY CAFE PASTRIES SERIES

My collection of mickey cafe series...This is a combination of all the sets released; I did not collect the whole set of each series as it's way too many (10 per series; current release is 4 different series) and I hate ending up with extras. Luckily I did not have any extras so far. So does these mini pastries make you hungry? :)

DISNEY BETTLE BUG SERIES

First there was Disney characters in strawberries suit, next there was the mushroom suit. This is the third set with the characters wearing bettle bug suit. Oh manz...yes you can sense the exasperation in my post here..thus I did not collect the whole set and was really lucky enough to get Stitch at my second try(you should know what i gotten for my first...). The cutest is little Scrump attached to Stitch.

DISNEY MOTORS

The disney motor mini series! This is a really cute version as all the vehicles are only around 3cm in length!

My favourite is the Minnie motorbike as it's so sweet! Thanx to my best pal Jiayi for helping me collect the set.

Not forgetting the mini boxes...there's even a catalog for each vehicle in this gashapon! A really worthy set.
And that's a combination of all my Disney motor collections (with the original size cars). Look at the comparison of the sizes and you'll know how miniature the gashapon sets are!!! :)

LITTLE MISS AND MR MEN SERIES

The 7-11 Series of Mr Men and Little Miss; I did not manage to collect the set of 10 (was unable to get the two Limited Edition, Mr Strong and Little Miss Naughty) as it was wayyy to hard to do; The capsules are opaque (!!!) and you have to buy with purchase with some items from 7-11 before you can purchase the capsules. I tried like say around 10times? Had a few extra pieces and I was so frustrated with it. Thus I gave up the try on the two limited pieces.

Apparently Mr Bump was also a 'rare' piece as many were unable to get it. All thanks to my dear, he managed to get it when he was having lunch with his colleagues. :) Lucky he! But also lucky me as well. Heeheehee.

DOU DOU (LITTLE PEA)

My cute little Dou Dou! :) My dear gotten it for me from Action City as he finds it very cute. This darling looks very sweet doesn't it? There are two other versions too; Green and Yellow Pea respectively. However, I prefer this brown version as it has a little heart on the right side of its head.

VINTAGE SMURF

Look at her. The only female in the entire smurf world. Yes this is an antique piece; it has been in my house for 20 over years. I think you can also notice it from it's messy hair as well. We used to mess up her hair and now she looks like some mad woman. hahaha. And she is reallllly dirty. Vintage huh!

SANGUO GUNDAM FIVE WARRIORS (五虎将）

A gift from me to my dear as our 2nd year anniversary. He is a fan of the story 'Romance of the three kingdoms' (三国), which all these 5 are his favourite warriors. This was a package of the five warriors with a pretty cool banner design (behind the gundams), which made it a fairly good deal. And that's how I ended with an extra Zhao Yun due to this bundle set.

LEGO CLASSIC - 6388

Dug out my almost 20 year old lego out and realised it's still in pretty good shape (maybe some slight colouring and scratches here and there...)! It really brought back alot of memories where I would spend almost every Saturday remodelling different kind of houses and sometimes mixing the blocks with my cousin's set to build our exclusive lego model. The beauty about lego is you do not have to solely follow their instructions but let your creativity runs wild to build whatever you like. Cool isn't it? My happy little family taking a snapshot with their lovely home :)

And if you are able to see carefully, this set actually has a mini dustbin..hahaha...

The beauty about my set is it has almost every mode of self transportation; from a bicycle to a mini car to a caravan...and even a speedboat! Really my kind of dream house! :)
My one and only set of Lego which accompanied me throughout my childhood days. As Lego was very pricey at that time (ok, maybe it still does now),it was almost every kid's dream to owe one. And till now, I still like it and will buy some sets now and then to play with. Hehehe

SANGUO GUNDAM

My second San-guo Gundam, this time round is the only female released for this set; Sun Shang Xiang! This is a gift from my dear, the second piece he gotten for me. It also happens to be Sun Quan's sister. Notice she has a little apron around her waist? :)

The 'siblings' in their 'house' which I've specially gotten for them. :)

What about some sibling 'rivalry'?

And I have added a third collection to my two; Zhao Yun with his horse. Actually I only wanted to build the 'Sun' army troop (two will be coming out in due time), but cuz I gotten the 'five warriors（五虎将) for my dear as a gift, but I had already gotten a Zhao Yun for him before that. Hence I had to take this extra set for myself. But this set is more detailed than the two I have, maybe due to the price difference.

GIFTS FROM MY BEST PAL, JIAYI

haaahaa...my best fren Jiayi went traveling all over the place(yes that lucky gal) and gotten me a whole loads of gifts; from HK disneyland to Tokyo Disneyland! I was so delighted to receive the items. :) ThANKS a MILLion, dear gal!
This pair of handphone keychain is not cheap and I see some blog shops selling it at a very high price. Only available in Tokyo Disneyland. SO nice of her to get it for me! It's Stitch and Angel....in hawaiian dresses. Cute rite? :)

This is one very cute wallet/pouch she got it from hong kong; she knows I have a lunch pouch where I put my lunch money and work pass in, so she got a stitch and angel one for me. However, i dun wanna dirty it as it is so so cute! Am still currently using a toki toki one she previously gotten for me. heehee.

Stitch and scrump multi-purpose cover! It can be a passport holder, name card holder, organiser holder....anything you wanna do with it! Haha, I shall use it as my passport holder if I manage to go travel next year. :)

A post card she gotten it for me, with lotsa touching words in it. Thank you, dear gal for being such a wonderful fren all these while! cheers to the 9 years of frenship!

STITCH PAPER CLIP

This also another very difficult set as the capsule colors are all the same! I was trying my luck with it and i was lucky enough to get stitch's head(with eyes). Did not get any extras as I managed to get the others at cost from my pal, Crispina. :) The quality is considered quite good at a price of $1 each.

DISNEY PEAS

Another one without any color code. Dunno why they recently did not have any color codes for the toys; maybe they know that alot of people know how to 'see' what is coming out from the machines and reduce their sales? But I was again lucky enough to get stitch's peas, thanks to my dear for helping me get. The peas is really miniature and I almost lost it when I tried popping it out.

The combination of most of my stitch tikams in my extra large display case. :)

DISNEY BORON BORON STRAP SERIES 2

Series 2 of the little man-tou series. This time they have donald, chip and dale with the little buns being bitten off. For this set, Pino and Donald are the cutest among all..yes yes I did say Donald is cute...hahaha....though I dun like the character very much. So which one do you find that is the cutest?

DISNEY HALLOWEEN STRAP
The 3D version came out after one year later, again for the celebration of halloween. Initially only wanted to try this for fun, but somehow I gotten the whole set in the end. Haahaa. Good thing is I din end up with alot of extras even though all of them have the same color capsule. Luckily! :) My favourite are the translucent ghost pieces.

DISNEY MUSHROOM SERIES

Heeheehee, I gotten this set at one go, with one extra tinkerbell. This series is not like the previous strawberry series where they have the same color capsule. Though I'm not a pooh fan, I think pooh looks the nicest among all. Tinkerbell ain't that good looking but it has a pair of cute wings behind the figurine, so I guess that compensates for it.

DISNEY HALLOWEEN SERIES 2008

As they came out with a lot of new tikams at one go, I decided to give up collecting this set, but gotten piglet as it is one of my favourite characters. If you see carefully, it is wrapped up in stitch's costume. hAaa cool isn't it?

DISNEY SWEET MASCOTS

Recently there was a re-run of this set but I only gotten this two as the other three are the same as the lovers log series, just that they are in pastel color. So, I decided to save the money up. :)

Another tikum set which belongs to my sis, who thinks Sugarbunnies are cute. -_- This is a VERY IRRITATING set as they share capsule colors; you can get repeated ones if you are not careful. However, we were not that unlucky and managed to get a full set with one extra; thanks to my pal Trini for selling one to me. You can actually paint on the biscuits with the paint and beads they provide in the set; so if you have the whole set, you can play around with 6 different colors and the beads. However, we decided to keep it bare for the moment as we do not want our ugly art skills to destroy the biscuits. haaa!

mayb when our hands are starting to itch one day, we will paint on it and i will show it on this blog. :)

MY MELODY SERIES

My melody in red! Normally we always see melody in pink, but now it has came out with the red series. Well, this set actually belongs to my sis. I had a hard time getting the dark pink one with strawberries (2nd row 1st piece) and had three extras of the others before completing the set. *Faint* However, I had a sense of achievement after getting the last piece like 3 weeks later from the gacha machines. haahaahaa...the wait is worthwhile as I thought I will never complete this set.

SNOWGLOBES FROM DISNEYLAND

A major big Dumbo snowglobe!! Heehee..this belong to my eldest sis; her pal Emma gotten it for her as a birthday present. It was a surprise present which came from the postman. So sweet! When I saw it, I was really attracted to it as the snowglobe is really well made! And it's Dumbo wif his mummy....Awww...so sweet! I bet any Dumbo fans will fall in love with this snowglobe!

Our Snowglobe at home...from different Disneylands. Can't wait to add Cinderella to this collection! I really hope I can manage to get it when I go to the third Disneyland. :)

SD GUNDAM: ROMANCE OF THE THREE KINGDOM, SUN QUAN

Kekeke...my first gundam toy from my dear..which was based on the romance of the three kingdom. Well, something new to my toys collection. The gundam has to be built by yourself and the cool part is that you can do different connections to the parts and the gundam will become another version. This is especially so with the sword; I can do several modifications with it. A really wonderful toy! But I have yet to paint it into my own personal gundam, too lazy to do it. Mine's gundam is the famous Sun Quan. The reason I chose this character among others was its transparent turquoise parts. Any gundam collectors out there? :)

PIGGY TORCH

This was a goodbye gift from a pal at work. He knew that I love pigs (I put several pigs in my office table) and he gotten this handphone strap torch for me. For my quest to the gacha machines! :) Look at its BRIGHT nostrils! I can use this as a back-up when my torch's batt goes low..hahaha...thanx pal..all the best to ur future endeavours!!

DISNEY WEDDING COUPLE SERIES

Argh!! This set makes me angry; i have 3 donald and daisy couple due to my torch, which was low batt halfway! I had a hard time getting this set. Brrr...but this is really a pretty set; the love shape connected on top of each key chain can be connected to their partners...innovative! The mickey and minnie set is the prettiest among all. I really love Minnie's gown; it's very detailed. :)

Ok, this is the ONLY time I find donald and daisy cute. So i gotten this couple. But i didn't collect this whole set as well due to money constraint...so I only collect my fav Stitch and Dumbo for sis. Dumbo looks really innocent huh! :)

HEeehee...Bleach swing again! This is not color coded which makes it very difficult to get the ones I want. But I was lucky enough to get Byakuya the first time. However, Kenpachi is also my fav. So my dear went to try one for me. Alas, he got Hitsugaya in a dustbin instead. :( But my best fren Jiayi, who is such a dearie, gotten me Kenpachi at the 4th try! :) Luckily her first 3 tries were different character in the collection, so she did not end up with any extras. All thanx to her, I’ve gotten my Kenpachi! Heehee...actually she was determined to get me one even though it cost alot of money. One of the nicest and rarest fren on earth! Thank you, dear gal! :)

WELCOME TO MY NEW TOYS COLLECTION...THE LEGO.......CASTLE SERIES...

Yes...in case you are wondering, I'm a girl. hahah. But im addicted to Lego castle. I wanna build my army troops...with my orcs and knights....heeehee...Lego is a really fun toy as it really brings alot of fun when assembling the toys by yourself! And now Im addicted to Lego indiana jones on my PSP. From the real bricks to the virtual world. :) Any lego fans out dere do share your collection wif me!

Heehee, was addicted to Lego Castle recently. It was the giant Troll which caught my attention! When I saw it, I was like 'I must get the Troll no matter wad'..But due to the price of lego, I was unable to buy it like those tikums...must think very carefully...

However, my sister got this set for me as part of my birthday present. YEAH! And it was this troll wagon set with two knights and an orc. the bullets from the wagon can be shoot out by just pressing the button behind it. COOL isn't it? The gadget really works man....is not juz bricks..

My wizard! It was an add on and I like his beard. HAaha..and his top hat. He was to protect my knights from the evil around....hohoho...

My another add on...but is the knight version. He has interchangeable armour and weapons. :)

My another Lego present from My dearest darling! heeheee. He actually went to get it and carried it all the way to me. This is a LIMITED ADDITION SET exclusive in Toy R Us! you cant find it anywhere else except Toy r Us. This is a really good set as it took me 4 hours to assemble it! Imagine that! The wheel has to be built from scratch so if you did not build it well, the wheel won't move.

This is even more cool than the troll wagon set as if u press a button behind, the attack arrow wil shoot out VERY far. and yes i mean fAR. How powerful is that! Without any batteries, LEGO is really very innovative. Tat's why the toy is forever lasting and expensive. it's worth the money!

The fortress that 'ah-hem' protects the knights...but i tink it badly failed looking at the sheer size of the orc's vehicle...

HEEHEE, Stitch in Alibaba costume and Angel as a charming indian lady! The Stitch really caught me and my dear's attention and he wanted to get it for me immediately. Initially we only took Stitch, but after tat we wanted a couple, so we spent alot of money (YES ALOT) to get the second one. After tis, I dun tink i wil dare to go play SEGA machines again..We were really like throwing in money juz to get these two desperately! Oh well, I tink this kind of games are really not for me, too much money and time spent in it! I shall refrain from stepping into an arcade for now.... HAHA...my dear's favourite...I like his chest hair....HAHAHA...this is really a cool toy. Look at his suit! and his turban! haahaa...
Angel's dress is really pretty. Purple! And this is my first angel toy. I dun have angel before; is all stitch, stitch and more stitch. So now my Alibaba stitch is lonely no more! :)

YUJIN DISNEY LIGHT UP TABLE LANTERN

Haa! Really cute table lanterns! What I like about these is that they can stand on der own (so I can juz put dem on my table easily), and they have my most favourite character, Cinderella! It's a MUST MUST get for me. Cinderella toys are very hard to get! They are very rare and I always have to get them overseas. And this is also one lucky set, I gotten Stitch and Cinderella easily. My sister saw Tinkerbell and she decided to get it too, so now I have 3 table lantern on my table. See how they glow! YUJIN MINI TOKYO TOWER

Saw this in one of the gachapon machines and decided to give it a try. And ta-daa, I gotten the yellow one. Actually wanted the red one (as it is the original Tokyo Tower color) but this one is not too bad either. It is also one of the Yujin's light-up toys...and one of the non-Disney toys I've gotten. Well, I wanted this to keep as a momento for my trip to Japan in April, where I really saw the Tokyo Tower. It's really very magnificent! Everytime I see this mini toy, it reminds me of the one I saw back in Japan....really hope to go back to Tokyo again! :)

HEeheee...my second sega stitch toy from those machines u see in the arcade! OkOk, tat's scary I know, within 2 weeks, I went to get another again. Well, actually it's not me who wans it, it's my dear who is SERIOUSLY addicted to playing sega toys catcher. I dunno why he is so excited everytime we pass by an arcade. He always gives the excuse saying he wanna get the toy for me, but I tink he is just hooked to the game. However, he wasn't very good at it as he wasted so much money but gotten nothing back in return.....However, we were kind enough to find an expert playing too. He gotten two toys at one try each! so scary....and when he saw my super disappointed face everytime we dun get it, he offered to let me exchange the toy wif him using 2 tokens. Cool rite! haha. and so tadaaa.......I gotten my stitch in cow suit. whahahahaha...so happy!!!

Heehee, a very cute stitch cubix from my dear. He went HK Disneyland and bought some gifts for me. This is one of dem. Recently cubix has been very popular here, and now I have my own personalised Stitch cubix to play with.

Heehee...my very first Sega toy! my dear gotten it for me from the Sega world shops in Suntec. He spent like $10 to get this Stitch for me...and alot of mentos. I was so scared cuz we were not able to get it with a few initial tries. But luck was on our side and taa-daa! It has glitter on his body. heehee...isn't he cute??? It's such a sweet darling; look at its face!!

Haa, my first set of Re-ment box tikum. It's from my beloved eldest sis. She bought it specially for me, with the big display box. Isn't her sweet? It was quite expensive but she still got it for me. I reeeeally love tis set as the cakes are really exquisite and you won't find a paint scratch or anything; the minatures are really perfectly made! That's why the price is so steep. It has all sorts of cakes, scorns, pastries...and even small cutlery and a tea set to match it! Wow, it's really like a mini buffet High tea....wahhahahahaah Upclose pix of the cakes. They even have small 'boxes' for you to have your cakes for a takeaway! Really sweet!
And that's my stitch having his...erm..high tea buffet? Heehehehhe.

Heehee, think tis was quite a popular set. Even my dear finds it cute though he's a guy. hah. He spotted it when he was shopping around and he gotten the Miss Bunny and Marie cat for me. Well, he did not know how to see the capsules so he was juz blatantly trying his luck. Heh. In fact, he gotten two Miss Bunny. He liked the Pooh bear, so I managed to get one for him as well as for myself. :)

YUJIN DISNEY MINI MACHINES SERIES 5

Another new set of mini machines! Ha, this time round with Alice and Genie as the new characters. Well, actually I must say Pooh is the nicest this time round. But I wanted Alice cuz it reminds me of the Alice in wonderland restaurant which I went to in Tokyo Disneyland! And Genie actually represents Tokyo DisneySea which is my next aim! Haa...And yes I gotten with no extras. Quite easy to get, I must say! HAaahaaa...

BANDAI CINNAMOROLL MINI MACHINES

This is quite expensive, at $3 per piece. This is one set which I'm really proud of because I've gotten it by myself with no extras! HAA. cuz this set actually has characters which share the same capsule colors, meaning you have to try your luck! I really like this as the machines are different from Disney's. The parts are tighter fitting and they do not come out that easily as compared to Disney’s. Well, I guess that is why there is a price difference!

Heehee, Tikum-ed this in those MASSIVE ROWS of Tikum Machine in Japan. Bleach EX 4! Erm the Ishida is for my Dear, so I only have Urahara and Renji for myself. It was color coded in Japan but I heard from my pal Laura that it's not in Singapore! Weird....and it's cheaper in Japan for this series as it cost only 200 Yen each...which is like SGD$2.80. ELMO! HEe I bought it in Univeral Studios Japan. Ain't an Elmo Fan but somehow or rather, I was very attracted to it! It doesnt cost cheap too, around SGD$20 for this small little pouch! But I bought it anyway cuz it's not available in shops except in Universal Studios. The Japanese are very fun loving ppl they actually buy all sorts of crazy merchandise and hang it all over their body while going for rides. One of which is this Elmo. Actually I like it too cuz it makes the themepark much more fun! :)

D-Gray man TIkum...Yep I never see this in SG but I gotten it for my Dear as he is a D-Gray man fan...haa...but this keychain is really detailed in terms of the design and the paint work. Any D-Gray man fans out dere wil surely like this!

Haa, my piglet car...yes, is a tomica car but only available in Tokyo Disneyland. Actually dey oso have other Pooh characters but I din get cuz it's so expensive to get the set. My Piglet car looks like those kind of antique cars huh! haa..
Alice in wonderland mug! Hmmm, must be wondering why did I get Alice in wonderland mug right...well, I bought it in a restaurant at Disneyland where we had our lunch there. The cake was in this mug and you can bring the mug home after finishing the cake! Cool huh! I've never encountered a place where you can bring the utensils back after eating...so I HAD TO BUY THIS CAKE! And when you pay at the cashier, they will actually instruct you to put it in the plastic bag they provided so that you can carry it around after leaving the restaurant..heheheee...
Dumbo toys! Ok this is my sister's collection...she wil grab wadever DUMBO stuffs she see in Tokyo Disneyland...well actually not all la since we only have two shown here...hahahah This is the Tokyo Disneyland Entrance ticket. It costs me SGD $82.10(5800 YeN) to enter this themepark. EXPENSIVE!!

Oh yah, if you happen to go any of the Disneylands to buy stuffs, you will realise that they do have the Disneyland indication on it; like all the stuffs I've gotten will have the 'Tokyo Disneyland' logo imprinted. Same to the toys I bought in HK Disneyland. So if you are buying any products from sellers who said that the goods are from so-and-so Disneyland, make sure those logos are printed on it!! Make sure you are not conned by some evil sellers! :)

RE-MENT LV LOOKALIKE SERIES

OMG, when i saw this on display, I immediately fell in love with the bag. IT'S SO LV! and it's so small and cute~ Initially I was digging all over Takashimaya's store but I couldn't find it. Luckily I found it in OG. Dun you think it really looked like LV? haha. The paper bag is very cute too, it's so miniature! And some other chocolates and perfume in this whole box tikum. The Japanese are really creative. And due to this, it started my interest in RE-MENT mini items series.

YES!! THE MUCH AWAITED COLLECTION I HAVE TO SHOW OFF!! HAHA. My proud 16 light up mushrooms! And YES I din have any extras...hahaha...which is kinda cool. Liked this series cuz when you place dem side by side, der mushrooms looks very pretty as the color combination are really nice. And the other thing that is very cool is that they have a 'partner' which you have to pair dem up from series 1 and 2. Meaning you need to get one from series 1 in order to pair up with the collection in series 2.

Ah ha! This is the one I've been waiting for! Haa..it's a couple key ring with a heart shape. And I was so excited it has my favourite PIGLET, STITCH AND SCRAMP. These two are the MUST GET!! My sis like e chip and dale, so we also got it. Den after lookin at the picture, she decided she wan Mickey and Minnie too. :=] Ya so somehow or rather we ended up collecting 4 instead of 2. Yeh initially I din get Donald and Daisy cuz I dun really like ducks. haahaahaa. BUT when my dear saw it, he was like 'why dun u collect all since you already have 4'. And I wanted Daisy Duck (Surprise!) tis time round to match my Donald in the 1st series (See below...)

My first ever anime watched and the start to my Anime watching days! Haa...Saiyuki was one of my favourite anime but when i started watching during that time, this show was actually dated many years ago. Hence I can't really find any merchandise related to this anime. However, my dearie pal Jiayi managed to find this necklace from this cartoon. She knows Sanzo is my favourite character and got this bullet pendant for me! Cool huh! And it has Sanzo's name carved on it. What a rare piece and it actually looks good on any shirt. :)

FINAL FANTASY III TRADING ARTS MINI FIGURINESMy 1st final fantasy figurine! Recently got addicted to playing Final Fantasy on my PSP~ thanx to my 2nd sis for buying it for me…cute aint it? It's a DARK KNIGHT...it's another version of those tikum types but instead of turning it from machines, you will choose a box in the shop and see what you’ll get. It’s simply based on pure luck! The figurine is small, but very detailed.Tried getting the toy the second time round, with mummy choosing the box. But alas, she ain’t that lucky with tikum boxes…haha...and I ended up with this FREELANCER.

Being a stubborn pig who wanted the RED MAGE badly, I went to try the third time ($18 gone!!), taking like 10 minutes shaking the boxes to determine which one is heavier, tighter, etc...muaahaaahaaahaaaa n tada! i got it! wahaaaahahahaa. SO HAPPY! ok when it comes to the money spent part, that's not v exciting.. This is the complete catalog.

STITCH FROM TOKYO DISNEYLAND

YES, finally fulfilled my dreams by going to another Disneyland within a year. Yippy! And a bigger theme park which has more fun rides! Tokyo Disneyland is really fun as the place is much spaceous and the things they sell are quite different from what you get in Hong Kong Disneyland.

This is a popcorn container where it has a strap for you to hang around your neck. So just carry it in front of you and you can eat the pop corn conveniently from this container whilst walking around the park. It is air tight so the pop corn won't turn soggy and you can even carry the container up the rides without worrying will your pop corn fly everywhere...HAA COOL! There are many characters with different flavours available but I only gotten the Stitch one cuz I dun really like the other characters...haa...And Stitch's pop corn is the Chocolate flavour. YUMMY!

This is a coin pouch. Not cheap though! However I got it for myself because I find it REALLY CUTE! Especially the fluffy tail...haahaa...

Stitch shaped in a bloster shape! When I saw it, it's a MUST get cuz it's quite cheap(you seldom see CHEAP toys in Japan FYI...haa) and wad is cool about it is you can zip/unzip Stitch's mouth. And when you open up the mouth, Stitch will bare his teeth and inside was 5 finger puppets! Wad a surprise!Isn't Scramps the cutest among the 5? :)
More stuffs...I like the Stitch small hands the most as it is really cute! I hang it on my bag whenever I go out cuz it's so rare n adorable...hahaha....so if you spot someone hangin tis when you were out shopping, most probably the person will be me...hahah

The other is a recycle bag where you can fold it back to a small pouch if you dun wanna use it.

cool coins! They are actually from those coin dispenser machines available everywhere in Disneyland. just put HK10 in n choose a design you want, then the machines will flatten a bronze coin n imprint the design you selected instantly. you can see the whole process and i must say it is really cool. My eldest sis and I were running all around Disneyland to see what designs they have. haa n they do have cinderella and stitch! YEAAAAAAAAAH! Gotten some for my good palz too...cuz they r not available in any stores. but again i dunno why there's no piglet one. argh.

Sis is crazy over these figurines...dunno what it is but she likes the way these girls are being made...realised it was from the Pangya game. Anyway some of them are quite pretty, especially the black hair and pink hair one.

SUGARBUNNIESHmm...another Sanrio toys. They are called the sugar bunnies. I'm not very into it but 2nd sis likes the one with the donut. In the end my eldest sis wanted the whole set and well..here it goes.

Haa..bought the big blue dumbo for my sis as a birthday gift. hahaha. It is so cute. but it is so expensive...the price is 4 times the grey one!

My Eldest sis, Aly is DUMBO Craze fan. But Dumbo tikums are very rare, so her collection is very limited. this is her current collection, in the process of expansion cuz more dumbo tikums are coming out.

MINI GASHAPON MACHINES

A replicate of those real machines I always tikum from! Haha the best is, they have a character attached to it and it is so miniature and cute! Small capsule balls drop out from these mini machines. The Japanese are really creative! Collected many sets of mini machines and more is coming out...I'm so stressed now cuz i dunno where to put dem anymore...but it is so irresistable and I juz need to get them!
Looking at the collections I have now, I’m having trouble displaying over 50 of them! weeellpppzz!!! I can open a mini gashapon store soon. haha!

DISNEY MINI MACHINES 4

oh my my my!!! This is so hot! The machine was empty in less than 3 days! So SCARY! I was so disappointed when I saw the empty machine in Cineleisure. Cuz i was waiting for it for ages! And I saved alot of coins for it. Haa luckily dey had it in JEC and IMM...and viola I got my full set in 2 days! yeh...i travel to n fro after work juz to check it so tat i dun kenna any extras. n my poor sis had to accompany me to collect tis wif her sprained leg for 2 days. :(

Nevertheless, it was worth the trip cuz it has my sis's fav dumbo and My fav stitch~ oh ya gotten an extra pooh for my dear...who likes pooh...hmmm...ok there's no rule that guys cant like pooh. But yah lah it was still pretty weird. wahahhahaha. Think he was influenced by me with tikums cuz he requested for the pooh machine if I can get it. muaahaaahaaa. Oh yeh, as u can see, I have the gacha card catalog. SO RARE! WAHAHAHA. So I have a really collectible set for this..with the gacha card you see in those machines! :)

RILAKKUMA MINI MACHINES

Ah-ha! Rilakkuma came out with their mini machines too...same time as the Disney mini machines 4. This belongs to my 2nd sis, who likes Rilakkuma...this is a cool set cuz we din get any extras for it! But I had to lose my grace and squat there like a mad woman shinning to see whether it is the ones we wan. ahahha. My sis and I had to travel to and fro in IMM waiting for people to turn out the ones we dun wan so tat we can get the full set. hehehe.

SANRIO MINI MACHINESOh yeah!! New mini machines yet again. But it's the SANRIO version this time round...oh my, what a way back to the past when my very very first favourite cartoon character was Kerokerokeroppi! Im super excited to see it back! haa...I still have my super mega size Keroppi soft toy which is in super good shape(it was with me since i was 11 yrs old)..Thanx to my mummy n sis for getting the whole set for me...no no should be for us, cuz little twin stars belong to 2nd sis and strawberry king to my eldest sis's…

DISNEY MINI MACHINES SERIES 3

Hmm..didn’t really wan to get this whole set initially cuz it is almost the same as the ones in Series 2. Juz that they make the machine glitter. My intention was to get Mickey and Minnie cuz they are different, but funnily a lot of people contacted me to exchange for others(I got like 3 Winnie e poohs?!?) And in e end, I have 5 different designs. Thanx to Crispina for helping me in this whole set cuz she happened to have an extra Marie cat. So here it goes…the whole set!

This was my first set of mini machines. I remembered I saw it on my 22nd birthday with my best frens Shuling and Jiayi. So we were happily turning some juz for fun. Den somehow or rather, this series came out again 6 months later and my sisters started turning. We were short of Minnie as luck was really not on our side cuz we cant seem to get it! So I bought Minnie from Yahoo auctions and made frens with the seller, aka Crispina, who also happened to be an avid gashapon collector! :)

Well, I am missing out the first ever Disney mini machines series. However, I’m not very into it as I dun have any space for them! Hehe!

Mini Rattle from Disney! Love the big heads and they have sound when you shake it. Initially wanted stitch only(as usual) but sis loves it so we had the whole set, all thanx to Gnitis for the exchange. :) And made a new gashapon fren wif it. heehee.

Yeah...Sis got dumbo and me got stitch! haa..at $2 per turn, u get a heating pad especially for ppl wif cold hands..by bending the metal within. I din noe how it works until my mickey pad heated up for no reason and den it solidifies. my 2nd sis went to cook it in boiling water and it actually reverses back to its original version. Cool aint it?

NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS

The movie is nice. The show is cute. Tim Burton is weird, but cool. I wonder how he came out with these designs. Zero(the dog) and Barrel(the green boy) are my fav characters.

The NBC series gashapon are really HARD to get the full set. It's crazy. With so many NBC series in hand, i only managed to get three full sets. *Faint*

Hah I like this one. Look like Lego toys. Finally a full set! Ok I didn’t really tikum all…I bought Lock from one of the collectible shops. cuz I’m so sick of getting extras from the gacha machines.

NBC PEN LIGHT SERIES This one is very cute too. Only $2 per tikum. But Yujin did repeat this set again...they juz changed them to key rings and sell it for $4. It's madness. A change in key ring and sell it at double the price? It's unbelievable.

Luckily I got Lock at cost price in the Chinasquare flea market after like 1 year of scouting? hah..and here it goes...my full set of NBC penlights.

This is a very irritating set. Cuz i cant get e one i wan, which is lock, shock, barrel in the bathtub (catalog below). ARRRRRRGHHHHHHHHH! i have so many jack jacks in hand i feel like kicking and banging the machine. Actually i wonder do they ever have the bath-tub in the machine at all. Or is it juz a gimmick to make u tikum n tikum until u go mad.apparently from the forum, they only have like 2 bath-tubs per gashapon machine. it's super duper rare. can puke blood. i wonder will anyone have extras on this...i only need one...hah...

NBC FANTASTIC CHRISTMAS TOWN

hah..happened to come across this in Vivocity. It's $4 per tikum. yeah very x but the quality is not bad. i think it's worth the price. but i cant find e machine anywhere besides vivo. the others are v cute too...but can b quite expensive to get e whole set. i m so unlucky i got 3 of this...and my $12 juz went POOF. so, I decided to give up collecting it. Dammit. somehow they re-issue again after several months. i went to use my torch technique n got tis second piece. ahahha ! but I dun intend to collect all as it’s quite expensive. Heh heh.

Hah..nice anime...however I missed the ver.1 gashapon series...but apparently this was a much better version than the previous as it has a variant character in it.

Each of them has a really cool metal tag with their names engraved!
Ok I was a pretty kuku head. I didn’t know there's a bonus character. My best fren Jiayi was happily tikum-ing for me until she got e bonus one. So she juz stared at me n asked why is there this purple toy (Baraishuisho) inside. I wasn't noticing much at the toy so i juz commented that she was dreaming until i took a look at it. It was really a surprise...and of cuz..i need to thank her for helpin me collect e whole set, especialy the bonus character. :))))))

BLEACH COLLECTION

BLEACH SWING EX 3 Bleach EX Swing 3… it was for their third movie series, the 'Diamond Dust Rebellion'. When I saw Nel (the small kid in green), I know it is a must have for me!!! Cuz Nel is my new favourite character. HA! But again, I only got it at the 4th try as I didn’t have the chance to wait for the right one. But from the looks of it, the other 3 are pretty cool too! The last character is Soujirou, if you watched the movie you will know who he is; in fact he has the same power as Hitsugaya (the power of Hyourinmaru. However, he was killed as the rule in Soul Society was that no two persons should have the same power! So he came back to seek for revenge. Oh well…nevertheless, try to catch hold of the show if you are interested! It’s quite good actually. :)

BLEACH SWING EX 2

haa..the 2nd seriest!! I was CONNED by it..they are not tagged according to their capsule balls' colours!! I wanted the Arrancar badly, and after 'analysing' the machine, I got Masumoto Rangiku when I thought it was the Arrancar! Fainted. Unconvinced that they are not color tagged, I went again the second time and I GOT ICHIMARU GIN. It’s like DOUBLE FAINTED. Seeing how crest-fallen my face was, my dear put in his $3 and got Grimmjow for me. Hee was quite touched he did it..cuz normally he thinks I'm wasting money. Haa thanx dear!
